About Open Space?
· Open Space Technology (OST) is a process of working collaboratively in a large or small group to address people’s real needs and agree on doing something about them.
· OST creates an environment where people who have issues and are prepared to do something about them, can have conversations with others to articulate common concerns.
· OST allows concerns underlying issues to be raised and increases the potential for resolving conflict.
· OST encourages people to express who they are and where they have come from and invites dialogue about how together we can achieve consensus to create something new.
