Happiness is a journey. As the Scottish writer, Robert Louis Stevenson said, 'It is better to travel hopefully than to arrive'.
I love that quote. Especially when I arrive somewhere and find that the destination is not quite what I expected! Then, it's good to remember that I travelled hopefully and enjoyed myself along the way.
There is plenty of gloom and doom around. Let's create and hold a space for happiness.
