De-stress with an audio program from HeartMath

March 2009

Stress is something we are all familiar with and particularly at this time of global economic uncertainty. Stress can hold us back from enjoying life and prevent us from experiencing happiness.

The Institute of HeartMath is an organisation dedicated to research into the heart and promoting heart-based living and global coherence.

Earlier this year, in response to the stresses engendered by the current world situation, HeartMath released a no-charge 'De-Stress Kit for Changing Times' created by Doc Childre, the founder of the Institute. This is a pdf download from http://www.heartmath.org/. Now there is an accompanying Audio Program from Doc Childre, that can easily be downloaded to your computer.

I've just finished listening to it myself and can tell you that Dr Childre gives many useful and practical suggestions, based on scientific research into the hear and that he has himself practiced. He describes ways to reconnect with our hearts and learn effective strategies to manage and reduce stress in our everyday lives.

Why not visit the Institute of HeartMath now and get your copy to listen to over Easter.
As the report says, 'The important thing is to find something to help and then commit to it'.

Let's invite more happiness,
