Justus H. Lewis, PhD, MA (Hons), DipEd (Tert), Adv Dip Solution-Oriented Hypnosis helps organisations develop leadership capacity and nurture organizational transformation.

She worked with corporate personnel, faculty and students in the UK, Pakistan, India, Malaysia, Australia and Singapore before retiring from full-time academic teaching as Associate Professor at the Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She is a full member of ASOCHA (Association of Solution-Oriented Counsellors and Hypnotherapists of Australia), and NFH (National Federation of Healers); a member of OSI (Open Space Institute of Australia) and a member of FSN (Future Search Network).

She is accredited in:

- SUEIT (Swinburne University Emotional Intelligence Training)
- MLQ (Multi-Factor Leadership Questionaire) Facilitator, Coach and Team Coach
- SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory) and related instruments.

She has published widely in academic journals and books and is a co-editor/author of 'Switch on Your Mind: Accelerative Learning at Work' and 'Get Ahead: a Lifeskills Approach to Study Skills'.

She is also a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a Reiki Master and an accredited EMF Balancing Technique Supervisory Teacher.
