As individuals practice the process, higher levels of collaborative thinking, joint problem solving, creative interaction and effective innovation are evoked from those around them and within an organization. A key element is the ability to invite others to jointly create space within which the participants acknowledge their mutual inter-relatedness and co-create an experience of mutual trust.
